If you have an IOB account, and if you have net banking facility you will have a PIN to do the transactions.
Not just for net banking transactions, but also to take care of few other crucial banking tasks like adding new beneficiaries, or to activate mobile banking facility, you will need this PIN.
If you happen to forget this important PIN, don’t worry! You can retrieve it / reset it without having to visit the IOB branch.
