If you have an account with IDBI bank, you can opt to get an ATM/Debit card for your account while you open the account.
Or you can get your ATM card at a later date. Or you can get an add on card, or renewal card (the new card that you get when your current card expires).
No matter what kind of IDBI debit card you get, you need to activate the card and set the pin number before using it.
