Google has a policy of deleting inactive accounts after a certain period of time. This means that if you don’t sign in to your account for a while, Google will delete it and all of your data.

There are a few reasons why you might not be signing in to your Gmail account regularly. Maybe you’re using a different email address for work or school. Or maybe you just don’t use email as much as you used to.

Whatever the reason, it’s important to know that if you don’t sign in to your Gmail account regularly, it could be deleted. So, what can you do to avoid this? The easiest thing to do is to just sign in to your Gmail account every once in a while.

Even if you don’t have any new emails, just sign in and check your inbox. You can also set up a reminder to sign in to your account every month or so. This way, you won’t forget and your account will stay safe. Finally, you can also export your Gmail data.

This way, if your account is deleted, you’ll still have a copy of all of your emails. To export your Gmail data, go to your Google Account and click on “Data & privacy.” Then, click on “Download, delete, or make a plan for your data.” Finally, click on “Download your data.”

Google will then create a ZIP file containing all of your Gmail data. You can then save this file to your computer and access it whenever you need to.
